INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE.
5 eggs
3 big potatoes.
Olive oil and salt.
Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into thin slices, add a little salt and fry. When they are golden, drain on absorbent paper plate.
Beat eggs with a little salt, add the potatoes and mix well.
Prepare the pan back on the fire with two teaspoons of oil. Pour the egg mixture and potatoes.
Flip the tortilla with a lid. It should be golden on both sides.
